Fiber Online Pvt. Ltd. (FOL) is a joint venture between Everest Net Pvt. Ltd. (enet) and Jawalakhel cable Network Pvt. Ltd. (JCN), enet as a full fledged internet service Provider (ISP) has provided its services from 1998 and JCN with an experience of over ten years of cable service started its services from 1995. Thus, keeping in mind the advancements in Information Technology the two company have merged with a mission to deliver the best service with a lightning speed Internet Connectivity through Optical Fiber with customer service and support at the clients service 24 hours round the clock which will help get fast Internet without the use and cost telephone costs. enet has been a leader in the IT services and connectivity area since its establishment and JCN has given its Cable services for more than a decade now, in combination of such experienced companies Fiber Online has come into existence to deliver an excellent service to its customers.
Nepal is a developing country. Following in the footsteps of enet and JCN, FOL continuously strives to improve the Socio-Economic conditions of society, through primarily the avenues of Information Technology.
COMPANY PHILOSOPHY
FOL believes in a corporate social philosophy in that it seeks to be responsible in the society in which it operates, to give the best and easy accessibility to the people of Nepal. This philosophy is the overriding factor in all of FOL dealings with clients, and potential customers.

HUMAN RESOURCES
The well being of any service intensive company is its human resources. With this philosophy in mind, FOL has a team of dedicated experts to carry out the functions of the organization.
The main objective of the human resources, which were hand picked by FOL is to cater all the needs, both technical as well as non-technical, of the client to ensure flawless and uninterrupted service to the client.
OTHER SPECIFICATIONS
- FOL will provide Cable TV in the clients Interest.
- FOL will distribute 72 channels of Cable TV for clients taking home packages.
- Clients having their own NIC card will be be given the deduction of Rs. 500 from the Installation charge
- Six months or One year of advance payment will be given special discounts.
- All the equipment required/used for the connectivity shall be under as per Ministry of Information & Communication rules and regulations.
- All the software’s installed by FOL upon connection will be open source software.
- FOL shall also provide a free unlimited Internet dial-up connectivity to be used as back up link during the entire contract period for Office Packages.
- All equipment purchased by FOL for Cable Internet connectivity will remain the property of FOL unless the Client is interested in purchasing the equipment.
- One email account as yourname@fol.com.np with 1 GB size can be provided free of cost on request.
